This video consists of three fully-demonstrated exercises designed to strengthen your back, improve your flexibility, relieve pain, and prevent future injury. No equipment or change of clothing is necessary. Each exercise should be done while standing. The exercises are: 1) Twisting Lunge 2) Kang Squats 3) Standing Scales

  • Strengthen major and minor muscles in your back
  • Improve your flexibility and coordination
  • Alleviate pain as the result of poor posture, holding your body in one position for too long, or any other cause
