Working with Different Generations: Working Together Across Generations helps you understand what makes people from each generation tick. Yes, there can sometimes be culture clashes when a wide range of ages are involved in the workplace. That's because people are not only different in age but also at different stages of their lives. This elearning course discusses ways you can marry people's unique and common characteristics into a cohesive and fair work environment. Cooperation is key to the development of a better working relationship for managers and their team members. In this course, part of our Working with Different Generations series, we discuss the five key things that contribute to that improved relationship. It's a set of procedures that includes looking at your colleagues as individuals rather than stereotypes of certain generations. It encourages the sharing of intergenerational knowledge and the sharing of goals.
