Get to know the CSA in this elearning course, CSA Training for Employees, where you'll learn the importance of the program and how it protects workers. In this course we will look at the CSA, a compliance and enforcement program that workers in the commercial driving industry should become familiar with to safeguard their career. Launched by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) to improve road safety, the CSA collects crash data and information from roadside inspections to help the FMCSA identify at-risk companies. This course will introduce you to the CSA, breaking down the program’s three components and the effects they can have on both companies and individual drivers. It will explain the safety measures tracked by the program and how to check your personal records for accuracy. Part of the series called Compliance, Safety, Accountability (CSA), this elearning course includes a video lesson, downloadable student materials and a short online quiz to check your comprehension.
