Maintaining a respectful workplace environment is our responsibility – all of us. A respectful workplace is supportive, positive and fosters a culture in which we’re all able to do our best work. So, choose respect. Goal: The goal of this course is to make trainees aware that everyone in the organization has a role to play in creating a culture of respect and how that type of culture can reduce turnover, improve customer support and lead to greater bottom line financial success.
