Our Risk Management Basics: 09. Criminal Awareness course explores how to plan for the worst to prevent workplace violence and respond effectively if and when it occurs. Many of us have never experienced workplace violence, but just because it hasn't happened doesn't mean it can't or won't. This course dives into what a workplace violence prevention program may look like and highlights the types of violence that can occur. We'll also explain which activities increase your risk exposure, warning signs to be aware of, and what steps to take if these warning signs appear. This elearning course includes a video presentation, downloadable student material and concludes with a self-assessment to test your knowledge.
