As part of our Risk Management series, the Risk Management Basics: 12. Reputation Management course explores why maintaining and managing your reputation is an integral part of risk management. A company's reputation is critical to the health of a business. In this course, we'll look at both internal and external reputation management and discuss systems you can put in place to maintain a 5-star reputation with customers and clients. We will also go through ways you can manage your organization's reputation online. This course includes a video presentation, downloadable supplementary material and a self-assessment quiz to test your knowledge.
