Modern-day slavery is occurring right now, right here in the United States. We explore this in our elearning course, What is Human Trafficking?, to help you recognize the signs. We will discuss what human trafficking is, review instances of occurrences, and study how victims are targeted, lured and enslaved. You will learn how to recognize signs of trafficking and strategies to use if you believe you have interacted with a possible trafficking situation. Finally, we will look at what is being done to help reduce human trafficking globally, nationally and at local levels. This elearning course includes a video, downloadable student materials and an online quiz to check your comprehension of the subject.
