Cybersecurity: 06. Types of Malware is an informational course designed to teach you about the types of malware and their various functions. In this course, we define the key malware types: adware, bots, ransomware, rootkits, spyware, Trojans, viruses, and worms. We discuss how each of these types of malware work, and how they impact your computer. We also remind you of the warning signs of malware so you know what to look for.
