This course will review basic OSHA regulations and discuss the fines, citations, and even shutdowns that can be imposed for infractions of the Act. We will review how OSHA inspections can happen at anytime and are always unannounced, what to expect during an inspection, and how you can prepare so you won't be caught off guard.
