Working with Different Generations: Working with Baby Boomers focuses on general information about these workers who were born between 1946 and 1964. An amazing 29% of baby boomers still go to work every day. The course discusses how younger generations can expand their own outlooks on shared working environments. We'll look at what shaped baby boomers' development, how they prefer to work, and tips on taking advantage of their experience. Part of our Working with Different Generations series, this course takes a look at some of the things older workers have to contend with. Those might include less strength, less speed in getting from one place to another, and less technical knowledge about contemporary communication systems. We also share the good things – that's the years of knowledge they've accumulated and what they've learned about team cooperation, which is of great use to the company and to you. The program helps you look at the positives, rather than the negatives, when you interact with baby boomers in the workplace.
