In this elearning course, we discuss Working with Different Generations: Working with Gen X. You may be thinking about a rebellious, anti-social generation but today's Gen Xers have grown past the teenage years and embraced the workplace accompanied by their own set of benefits and challenges. The program shares insight into the Gen X worker – the strong, independent one with a laid back and calm demeanor. You probably have a good number of Gen X colleagues on your team. While, of course, individuals are different, you may notice that this group is well educated and has a high work ethic.
