Working with Different Generations: Working with Gen Z helps you understand these young people who are new to the workplace, and perhaps new to you. We discuss who they are, what drives them, how they approach technology and how they like to communicate. This course shows the benefits managers can gain when they take the time to learn and understand what motivates Gen Z workers. Gen Z is the most comfortable generation when it comes to technology. In this course, part of our Working with Different Generations series, we go over their approach to technology, and the importance they place on companies with good tech programs. We show you how to read Gen Z workers in terms of how they work. We discuss what companies can do to engage Gen Zs by offering learning opportunities that make a difference for them. You win when young workers are willing to put in the time, learn on the job and contribute to company success.
