To ensure your risk management plans are adhered to, it's important to check that the process is fully integrated in the workplace. Part of this means ensuring that risk management factors in to your team's daily routines. In our Risk Management Basics: 06. Embedding Processes course, we'll show you how to make your risk management policies second nature. In this course, we will walk you through what successful risk management integration looks like using methods like training and communication. We'll also explain how you can assess whether or not your risk management integration is working. This course includes a video presentation, supplementary material for future reference and concludes with a quick self-assessment quiz.
