You’re probably familiar with the concept of givers, takers, and matchers in your social life. In our Givers, Takers, and Matchers course, we will look at how these characteristics apply to the workplace. We’ll review each type with a definition and some concrete examples of the behavior associated with givers, takers and matchers in workplace situations. We’ll also cover how to determine which type you are, and discuss how people most likely fit somewhere on the spectrum of options rather than in one distinct category. The ecourse Givers, Takers, and Matchers, includes a video lesson, downloadable student materials and a short online quiz to check your comprehension of the course.
